The
dog's commandments (read and ponder...)
I live for about 15
years.
Every time you leave me, it means grief to me.
Give me time to understand what you demand of me. Make me happy,
you are my entire life.
Don't be angry with me for long and don't lock me in as
punishment.
You have your work, your friends, your hobbies. I've only got
you.
Talk to me even though I don't understand the words; it makes me
happy just to hear your voice.
Remember I can never forget how you treat me.
Before you hit me, remember that my teeth can crush your hand,
but I don't use my strength against you.
When you become irritated with me because you have too
many
things to do, consider that I might be sick, have stomach ache,
am tired or downhearted.
Take care of me when I'm old, remember, you'll be old too.
Be with me when I'm going through difficulties, everything is
easier as long as I have you.
I love you.
Your Dog.
I "found" this on the net, but lost where it came from.
Tried to research to no avail, sheesh I hate that.
